Improvement in liver disease diagnosis using advanced quantitative methods of magnetic resonance

The main goals of the project are to find out parameters of quantitative MR mapping and texture analysis that characterize and can improve precision of noninvasive diagnosis of the liver diseases (steatosis, fibrosis and inflammation). The obtained parameters will be compared with the results of MR elastography and US elastography that describe fibrosis degree directly. And also to propose optimal procedures based on multiparametric analysis of all quantitative data available including the best texture features.
