Imaging of ventricular electrical activation using broadband ECG and artificial intelligence
The project aims to develop AI BBECG technology (BroadBand ECG). BBECG exploits the different attenuation properties of ECG at various frequencies and thus allows precise spatial localization of the sources of electrical activation of the heart chambers. Because BBECG provides new information, it is an ideal basis for learning artificial intelligence (AI) models that exploit information sources in high-frequency components. Thus, AI BBECG models will bring new information value to cardiology. The project will result in both a VDI AI BBECG device that will record and analyze BBECG even at very high frequencies and simultaneously provide complete diagnostics. Another project outcome will be the VDI Cloud, a web-based application that will process routine ECG recordings using new AI modules.
