The aim of the project is to develop an innovative solution for recording 3D structures in submicrometer scale. The proposed solution could accelerate the recording of objects by up to two orders of magnitude and thus bring the technology closer to industrial applications. The proposed solution is a holografický module that will enhance the existing IQnano3D device and contribute to a significant competitive advantage in the international field. The Holografický module will be addressed in the project with functional samples in the form of experimental apparatus and one prototype, which will be the final extension module. Another goal of the project is to develop the technology of 3D bio-scaffolds, which we see as one of the 3D bio-scaffolds have potential in biomedicine, for example in tissue engineering, regenerative medicine and drug testing and development.
