Center for development and adaptation of advanced techniques for detection and identification of B-agents and hazardous chemical agents

Within the project, new compact modular systems will be developed intended to be used in mobile laboratories for analysis of chemical agents and bacterial pathogenes in complex samples and in small sample volumes. The systems will be based on Raman spectroscopy combined with advanced optical/separation accessories (e. g. SERS, microfluid chips, optical tweezers or advanced chromatography). The aim of the project is also to transfer the know-how of the research institutes to end users within the workshops and conferences.
