Research and development of relief micro and nanostructures using the light-guiding effect, research and development of diffractive optically variable image devices based on aperiodic structures, research and development of technology enabling the integration of micro and nanostructures using the light-guiding effect and nanostructures using the diffraction phenomenon on a single master created by a single exposure of a writing device based on the principle of gray scale electron lithography in order to create an advanced complex security arrangement for optical document security.
