Robotic system for the detection of metabolic substances and pathogens in plants in order to increase the production of medicinal substances
The aim of this project is development and manufacturing of automated robotic system for detection of metabolites and pathogens in plants in order to improve yield of medical substances. Developed device will be integrated into current PlantScreen robotic platform, which has established itself on the market and represents benchmark of plant phenotyping systems among customers. Software module will be implemented at the same time, using advanced computational techniques for “big data” handling and e.g. artificial intelligence for processing and analysis of data acquired by Raman spectrometer.
