Transforming Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy into a Clinical Tool
Transforming Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy into a Clinical Tool
The TRANSACT project (http://www.transact-itn.eu) brings together 10 academic and 4 industrial partners with complementary expertise in the field of magnetic resonance imaging techniques. This consortium as a whole will provide 468 person-months of employment and training to 13 Early Stage Researchers (ESRs) recruited for this ITN project. The main goal is to train these young researchers in an evolving and challenging branch of medical imaging technology: MR spectroscopy (MRS).TRANSACT defined concrete objectives that aim at creating a platform for deploying MRS in clinical applications.TRANSACT will tackle these objectives through a detailed workplan encompassing specific research and training activities.
