Abstract: In Magnetic Resonance (MR), many inverse and optimization problems may be stated for magnets, gradient coils, shim coils, rf-coils, rf-excitations, spectra quantifications, etc. In this survey, some new qualities of inverse and optimization methodologies are listed in brief. Meta-Evolutionary optimizations and Bayesian Statistics may be advantageously used for solving various problems in MR in a unified way.
