Education:
- 1991 - I graduated from Technical University in Brno (
Department of Automation and Electronic Measurements at
the Faculty of Electrical Engineering), diploma work was
oriented to computer control of the X-Y stage for the
electron litograph.
- 1994-1995 - I spent 6 months at Eindhoven Technical
University as a visiting scholar. I worked in the Group
of Precision Engineering of Prof. Dr. ir. P. H. J.
Schellekens on laser frequency stabilization for two
wavelengths intererometry
- 1996 - I finished PhD. study at Technical University in
Brno. My work dealt with
- - Detection techniques in saturated
absorption spectroscopy
- - Design of 633 nm He-Ne laser system
stabilized on hyperfine components of
molecular iodine
- - Investigation of the mode stability of
543 nm He-Ne laser and laser spectroscopy
of iodine on the 543 nm wavelength
- 1996 - I spent 1 month in Physikalish-Technische
Bundesanstalt in Braunschweig, SRN, Department of
Technical Metrology as a guest scientist. I worked in the
Group Dr. A. Abou-Zeid on laser refractometry of air.
- 1997 - I spent 3 months in Physikalish-Technische
Bundesanstalt in Braunschweig, SRN, Department of
Technical Metrology as a guest scientist. I worked in the
Group Dr. A. Abou-Zeid on a frequency stabilization of a
semiconductor laser with an external resonator.
