If you are an invited researcher from Central Europe or Japan, just please make sure that your regional Session Leader do knows all your data required in this Registration Form .

Other participants (not organized/invited directly by a regional Session Leader) are kindly asked to register before October 1, 2000. The Registration Form should be mailed, e-mailed or preferably sent directly from this Homepage to the Workshop Secretariat (Czech side):

All prices are including breakfast (a free-choice "Swedish table" style). All these Hotels are situated very conveniently within a short walking distance (5-12 min.) from the Workshop venue . All costs for the accomodation will be paid by each participant himself/herself prior departure.

For the Japanese participants, travelling in a main organized group ( c/o Prof. M. Uesaka ), your hotel accommodation is reserved by the local organizers in the INTERNATIONAL Hotel, due to an information/name list specified by the Japanese Secretary ( c/o Prof. M. Uesaka ), unless other explicitly requested. The main organized Japanese group will be transported charge-free from the Wien-Schwechat airport to your INTERNATIONAL Hotel, and than back from here after the Workshop.

All Central-European participants (or individually travelling Japanese participants) should either:

(a) send an email to "gott@isibrno.cz" not later than by October 20 which of the above Hotels you wish to reserve for you (name, arrival date, departure date, single or double room), or:

(b) contact some of the above Hotels personally (please do not forget to mention "Japan-Central Europe Workshop/Dr. Gottvald" to aspire for a special Workshop rate). Also in this case, please e-mail a note to "gott@isibrno.cz" about your private reservation.

Note: Our special Workshop rates depend on a sufficient number of the Workshop participants in the above Hotels. Your reservations will be done on "first-come-first-served" principle. We kindly ask you for your understanding if a hotel due to your wish would be booked already and we will need to switch to another hotel. Please consider that we can help with your accommodation in the above recommended Hotels only when being contacted by October 20, 2000.

Two lunches will be served to all Workshop participants (on Saturday and Sunday), together with the Workshop dinner (on Saturday) and refreshments during coffee/tea breaks.
